Technically speaking the rules only require being anywhere in the top 15, and you can do a voluntary can't you? I'm sure getting ranked between 10-15 isn't that costly, and if anything the article says flat out that Team Spence can "petition" *hint hint* to get into the WBO top 15 and they just happen to have a meeting coming up, so...

Like it or not, Spence is ranked #1 by the WBC. Therefore, he can fight Spence if the WBC sanctions the fight.

IMO, Spence was already a shot fighter when he fought Crawford. That is why I called the fight an easy win for Crawford before the fight, while many were calling it a 50/50 fight.

It's a bad fight. Nothing organic about this fight, it will just appear on TV and there you go.

I guess I'm kinda sour because I like Spence, but I think it's a wrap. I think it's a terrible matchup for him. I don't want to see him get beat up again and I think he will in for a tough time from here on.


Charlo being taken off the table is tough for this division. Hated the ideaof Charlo-Canelo and how it basically killed Crawford-charlo. Charlo-Canelo got announced the week of TC-Spence.
