Garcia was in the right. There's no way he's obligated to send his fighter out there to fight a guy who's 8lbs overweight. That's just ridiculous and careless and if he'd of got beat then it derails him because the other guy decides he's just gonna turn up heavy and him & his dad being arrogant enough to think the fight would still happen regardless.

Julio Cesar Chavez Sr, was a superstar in the ring during his heyday, there are no if's, and's, or buts about that.
That said you have to feel sorrow for his family if he was an abusive drunk to his wife, and kid's.
Imposing his power, and authority in the ring wasn't enough for 'El Gran Campeon Mejicano', he had to bring that mentality to his own home.
It had to have been a horror to live, and grow up in the Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. household.
Now for him to think that other fight managers have to go through with fights that his son'(s) have violated contractual agreement's goes beyond unprofessional.
If his son's can't make the weight in a certain weight division, then they need to move up to weight class that they can make without any problem.
Chavez has taken many punches in his life, his face, and mental acuity bear the effects of those punches.

If you are going to compete in this game then one must be willing to play by the rules. Chavez, Sr tried to cheat by having his overweight fat ass son to fight over the rehydration limit that was stipulated in the contract.
