People on this site are funny for creating the false narrative that Tank aged Loma out. Loma was the A Side until the last couple of years where Tank established himself as a big draw. Why didn’t Loma/Top Rank ever try to negotiate with PBC? Because he never wanted to fight him. Your posts usually show a lot more depth and understanding. The real false narrative is created about 75% of the time when the word "duck" is used. Tank has never taken risks when it comes to opponents. He has incredible talent but will not enter a fight without advantages... like making sure Ryan was a skeleton, fighting guys who he cannot lose against. This is a pattern.

Loma has had to fight at a less than ideal weight to fight better competition. His pattern has been to take these fights. Loma knows he is older, perpetually fighting above his ideal weight, against a serious talent, he would be a fool to fight Tank. Just ask Santa Cruz.

The reason Loma is ducking Tank is because he knows that he just can’t win. If Teo defeated him and Haney has defeated him. Can one imagine what Davis would do to him now at age 36 or 37?
