I get why the Haneys are suing though. Being Devin Haney is a business , the fight was a business endeavor. Garcia in their opinion violated the contracts that both sides signed by using PEDS. As a result , the business "Devin Haney Inc" has suffered diminished prospects and earnings as evidenced by the offers for his proposed fight against Martín. Nevermind the loss of status from being undefeated. Haney suffered a humiliating beating. At one time he was widely considered a P4P fighter. Now he isn't.
