Difficult to find a appropriate opponent that will draw in the country's fan base in a PPV bout, considering that there isn't any noteworthy fighters at 160-175 from Japan so it feels kinda pointless trying to fight a well rated opponent or a exhibition bout in foreign land when he do twice or three times as much in the states.Originally posted by PBR Streetgang View Post
Not going to lie, when I saw the headline I immediately thought they were going to get Murata out of retirement.
Mayweather (after his retirement I mean) did well in PPV exhibition fight in the USA, also thanks to Logan Paul whose a well known youtuber here. But against Tenshin Nasukawa and John Gotti not so much.Last edited by Malvado; 10-01-2024, 02:14 PM.

All of these options sound horrible!Originally posted by Elheath View PostRyota Murata out of retirement.
Takeshi Inoue (I'm sure some newb will probably assume he's related to Naoya) pulled two
Some middleweight RIZIN kickboxer crossplatform BS.
My bet for Canelo's opponent.
But sadly realistic.

Inoue was the guy that gave Munguia problems back at Junior middleweight right? He didn't seem to have much pop (he was landing clean on Jaime without much effect) but he had a chin on him. He reminded me a bit of Kamegai from back in the day.Originally posted by Elheath View PostRyota Murata out of retirement.

Has Takeshi fought above 154? I haven't seen him fight in years.Originally posted by Elheath View PostRyota Murata out of retirement.
