Haney antics may turn you off and you dont have to like him but the support of a ped cheat who blatantly lied multiple times only to take a plea deal in the end getting all this support from so called boxing fans is the real issue. Well this is the world we live in. Devin will be forever known for losing to a steroid freak and Ryan will be forever known as THE STEROID FREAK! The great philosopher Sir Shawn Carter once said "I'm afraid for the future, ya respect the one who got shot I respect the shooter"..... such a weird time were living in my friends.

All ped cheats should be given the same treatment. Suspension for at least a year if not outright banned, a lawsuit and forced into year around drug testing (at least 3x a month) for the rest of their career, if no ban.

I don't care for Haney, but i wish ped cheats would be dealt correctly and banned or suspended at least a year if not more

I get the sentiment , but tis 2024 every top tier athlete is on something /peds it boils down to who gets caught and who does not(peds advancement will always be ahead of testing) . IMHO it does not matter Haney did not get beat like a red headed stepchild because of peds .......

Garcia has gotten off very light. Ban these fighters for life, sue them, and charge them criminally when this happens in any of the 50 American states or territories and you’ll see this stop.

I agree. The sport, throught its promoters and state athletic commissions, won't do it because their primary focus is money. Adjuticated damages for the plaintiff would be far more difficult to sweep under the rug.

The loss was devasting, but it was just a loss. The best fighters in history have lost. Devin Haney' career was ruined by his own actions. He is the least likeable fighter in the entire sport and he seems intent on losing any fans he has left.

This post... And understanding of the totality of circumstances something severely lacking. Bill and Devin just do not have the intelligence to grasp how what they are doing will affect poor Devin down the line. What they should be doing is preparing for a rematch.

Who wants to fight an unpopular prick like Teo? Teo, Sr really needs to lay the crack pipe down. He is prostituting himself by coming off as very desperate and thirsty. He is soliciting popular black fighters who could draw a crowd and some money among casual fans to fight his son.

Mark Hunt sued the UFC for Brock Lesnar testing positive for steroids. Hunt lost the case. if Ryans team is smart they will remove the case to Federal Court in CA

Haney's image even before the Garcia debacle is not exactly pristine or saintly. When he pushed Loma so hard in the weigh in, that did it for me. He's got venom in his heart. I wasn't surprised a lot of people rooted for Garcia. His fellow AA were seen on Youtube celebrating, happy to chime in and expressed their satisfaction of the result. It's undeniable, they are presented as links when you logged on YT. Keyshawn Davis and others didn't mention anything about Garcia being overweight going into the fight. One of the biggest viral moments in YT history.

That could easily be presented to the jury, "This is the image he's talking about." Not to mention his recent violent attack with friends around him on a lone guy at a fair.
