Hearn is not in control of the Mexican fighter. He could barely show himself in the PBC area because PBC won't let him or DAZN take a major role in the card. It's similar to the Haney/Garcia fight. GBP let him know he's not part of the show since Haney is a free agent.

I was under the impression that Ginger was his own promoter but had a 3 fight deal with PBC which ended with the Berlanga fight. I might be mistaken though...
