Agree. But Joyce losing to shot Chisora is very strange.

It was strange. Though I think it's an exception where it doesn't prove Chisora is back... it just proves Joyce is also shot.

That punch resistance was always going to give way at some point. He couldn't keep eating shots for a living.

In HW boxing, one mistake can mean lights out.

if they had matched joyce with tons of bums in a row he would be seen as an all time great and all time great puncher like wilder. this is the reason some guys like wilder do not take risks. it just feels good to win even if its a farce. its the dunning kruger of boxing, maybe wilder kruger?

If Parker coulda come in healthy, he shoulda beaten Joyce handily and woulda had a title shot by now...

            ...but he didn't.

yeah its when your 'hero' gets matched tough u tend to win some and lose some, but if they dont get matched tough they 'could' beat all, its a very common fan mentality

Parker got knocked out by Joyce. Than he beat Wilder and Zhang.

Kabayel was rocked by Smakici big time. Than he beat Makhmudov and Sanchez.

Seems so me we have a circle of about 10 guys that all can beat each other. Just some are better or worse fights for each other.

I feel Dubois would lose to Parker, Kabayel or Bakole.

Dubois can also beat all of those guys. Even with Usyk beating Dubois, I’m not satisfied with the Usyk win. I thought that it was a legal body shot Dubois landed that should’ve kod Usyk. To me there isn’t a dominant hvw champion. Had Usyk beaten Dubois cleanly, he’d have the title, but something is missing in the hvw division. I do agree that anyone of these heavies can be beaten on ANY given night.

This is what happens when decent level fighters actually start fighting each other instead of circling around each other and fighting bums and waiting for a big payday/title shot. Amazing eh?

It's what boxing has been missing for a long time.

We need more of it, then it'll get rid of the idea a loss is the end of the world and that you're a bum.
