I hope DuBois destroys him in one round next time around d and sends this Hearn type job into permanent retirement

I'd love to see these guys hating on AJ step into the ring against a big puncher their own size... He and Dubois have both lost by KO and rebuilt themselves before, and won one or more heavyweight world titles. Why even be a boxing fan if you can't respect that accomplishment?

it must be one of his least fav things to do in life, exercise the rematch clause, it means one of his important boys has had a bad night at the office

could be 3rd time lucky tho, imagine the kudos AJ would get from winning the rematch

Forget pay for play ratings Boxrec. Parker, Bakole, Zhang, Kabayel all ahead of 4x beaten Joshua now. So that makes Joshua #8 in the world and that’s being generous. F rematch - he dropped the fcker 4x! Unification or those names. Division need to get the F on with the future and stop living in the past.

The recommendation would be for him to retire, but he is a fighter who wanted a rematch with Usyk. If he wants the last money grab, that's his right. Money is money .

Money talks. A-side entitlement rematch clause to try to ensure and manufacture a "3 time HW champion". I'd expect DDD to do the same thing again.

I didnt really think of it until this morning but the more I think about it, the more I think that Dubois is actually the worst style matchup in the entire division for Joshua. A come forward aggressive pressure fighter with power and a chin. Literally anyone else is a better style matchup for Joshua. Joshua wants a guy who will let him lead and let him box. Usyk would box with him and Tyson will atleast box with him at first, maybe Tyson would try to pressure him later after some opening rounds but even then he doesnt have the power of Dubois.

Joshua's team really needs to think about this, I mean a Fury fight will sell regardless and if Fury also looses his rematch with Usyk then both can still fight coming off losses and with no belts there are no mandatories to get in the way of them fighting.

I dont know what Joshua would do different in a rematch. The problem with him isnt that he doesnt know what to do, its that he panics and freezes up, he doesnt move his head or any type of defense. He KNOWS how to do it, he managed Francis just fine and slipped his punches easily. Then with Dubois he freezes up and lets Dubois tee off on him.

If he sees Fury lose to Usyk it might be good for his confidence and he might believe he can beat Fury and maybe if they fight he wont freeze up. I think Fury would school him though. I mean despite losing and getting dropped dont forget Fury dominated Usyk for several rounds, completely outboxed him, he just couldnt keep that work rate up for the rest of the fight.
