'Shock and awe'? Not in my opinion. In the build up to the fight i just fancied DD to dent that suspect chin of Joshua's, although if you'd have asked who i would have put money on to win i would have leaned slightly towards Joshua.
Both can crack, it was just a case of who pulled the trigger first and how the other would cope with the power. On the night DD got out of the traps first and simply went for broke, it paid enormous dividends.

I'm pleased for DD, i've always thought Joshua like Fury as overrated. But in reality there are a few questions surrounding DD, maybe tonight some have been answered?
Does this slightly more seasoned but much more confident DD beat Usyk in a rematch? that would be an interesting fight.

Either that or he’s just innately ungainly and uncoordinated unless he’s on the front foot. Every time he attempted that with Dubois he was beaten to the punch, out timed and bullied by the younger, stronger fighter.

The main thing I now see different in Dubois is that he’s learnt the ability to fight back when under fire and has confidence in himself to out gun his opponent. I think he’ll beat Usyk next time around although wouldn’t be surprised to see Usyk retire if he beats Fury again. What more can he achieve and he’s getting on. Also doubt we’ll ever see Joshua in a ring again. He was out classed in every department this evening, it wasn’t even remotely close and he’ll know that. The good life has made him soft. As Hagler said, ‘It’s difficult to get up and do roadwork at five in the morning when you’re sleeping in silk sheets.’
I feel a hard done rapsong coming on. Maybe call it...ROLL DA DICE ?

AJ getting beat by Dubois doesn't sink him to where Wilder is in his career lol. Dubois would finished Wilder in 1 rd at any point in Wilder career. I was rooting for Dubois, don't particularly like AJ but it's the truth. AJ still beats the Parkers that Wilder could have never beaten. AJ still beats Wilder today

Haney is in the audience and he looks bigger than Crawford. Don't know how he can cut weight to 140 now. He looks like a middleweight.

Remember the small handful of paid shills here who for years hyped PED punching bag Whyte? They were the same who demanded Joshua was the best of his era even after humiliation upon humiliation. Their silence is deafening now. Because it’s all been an illusion. If this were the 80s HW class, Joshua would be maybe Greg Page of Gerrie Coetzee.

Yeah , that was weird as hell. It looked exactly as you describe it.

That was just a con for the casuals. Dubois was battle tested and had zero fear, and exposed the big AJ stiff.

Even id fancy my chances against Wilder today.

AJ has had every opportunity to face Parker again and ducked them all.

                    He aint beating Parker again...EVER!!!

Yeah, oi! Incels, might I inquire about that “American takeover”? Can we revisit the basement dweller chant of AJ being as good as Ali?
