I think that Fast Eddie is having a year from hell so far in 2024.

Wouldn't have mattered. I've never seen a ref call a fight off, then look at the guy on the ground and say "nevermind, you're good"

Same, but thought Joshua would at least take him to deeper waters.

Joshua’s footwork, especially in retreat is shocking for a ‘world class’ heavyweight. I don’t get why all of his trainers to date have done f all to improve that. Either that or he’s just innately ungainly and uncoordinated unless he’s on the front foot. Every time he attempted that with Dubois he was beaten to the punch, out timed and bullied by the younger, stronger fighter.

The main thing I now see different in Dubois is that he’s learnt the ability to fight back when under fire and has confidence in himself to out gun his opponent. I think he’ll beat Usyk next time around although wouldn’t be surprised to see Usyk retire if he beats Fury again. What more can he achieve and he’s getting on. Also doubt we’ll ever see Joshua in a ring again. He was out classed in every department this evening, it wasn’t even remotely close and he’ll know that. The good life has made him soft. As Hagler said, ‘It’s difficult to get up and do roadwork at five in the morning when you’re sleeping in silk sheets.’

The big 3 of the declining era are on their last legs. Joshua's fans were really getting obnoxious the past few years though, they started to think that he in fact was the top HW of that era and that because of Fury's recent struggles that made him better/the best again.

Since Dubois was 21, I said he will be great HW champion for years to come. Usyk is not beating Dubois in a rematch, Fury will get schooled.

I don’t know where u get FOTY, one fighter dropped the other 4 times and ended it with a KO. Pretty one sided really except for the one moment Joshua had which was short lived

Joshua was always going to struggle with a young live one. I don't understand people saying it was a great fight ? it was 'exciting' given the fact a lot of causals were behind Joshua as some kind of great fighter he never was and then they witnessed what a lot of us already knew , he's pretty average. It was more of a execution than a great fight as Joshua was never in it and he looked shocked that someone didn't believe the hype and had his number ...rematch clause ...pathetic!
