  • Comments Thread For: Ranking the best heavyweights of the 21st century

As we gear up for Saturday's clash between IBF heavyweight titleholder Daniel Dubois and Anthony Joshua at Wembley Stadium in London, it feels like the right time to take a trip down memory lane and reflect on the best heavyweights of the past 24 years.

    What about Agit Kabayel?
If Martin Bakole can get in, he should definitely be in.

Lost me from the start by suggesting Lewis jab was superior to Holmes. And that Lewis is a top 5 all time.

Usyk above Vitali is a myth & I bet he'd say so himself.

Luca ketelle don't know boxing...you just picking your favorite..ulysk over vitali?trust me if ulysk have been getting hit by heavyweight for 15 or more fights he won't be undisputed...Ulysk came marched intoe heavyweight with a clean slate unlike the real heavyweights getting wear and tear.

Fury over AJ?check the records I will take even wilder over fury ...best fury opp before wilder was getting busted by walling...He fought Klitschko running ran from rematch and got tested for PED...how many champs or ex champs fury got on his resume?......May I remind you AJ collected 3 belts from 3 different champs? Fought some ex champs and top rated fighters but Fury?

Even on your list..how many has Fury fought? Klitschko, Ulysk and wilder that's 3....Now AJ fought Klitschko,Ulysk,Povertkin, Parker,Ruiz and now Dubois that's 6.....AJ took each champions on for belts then had many champions night/defense ...Your boy has never no champion defense oh maybe the wilder third match if it counts

Bakole way too high, think povetkin should be in a higher tier.

I think Fury belongs in the second tier. Beating a past prime Wlad and Wilder isn't really enough. I think AJ's wins over Wlad and Parker rank about the same and he's rightfully not in the top tier. Fury should be the same.

Who's going to make the list above Lennox like in the top 5?! he was THE dominant force in what is considered one of the strongest eras in heavyweight history.

The truth is Lennox gets next to no respect because he's British/Canadian if he was American he'd be considered one of the greatest things since sliced bread.

                  Just like the Klitschko brothers.

The Tipsy King should be above Lewis bcs Lewis never beat Chisora, The Tipsy King beat Chisora THREE times. No one else in boxing history has beat Chisora three times. This article is biased.
