Something tells me he didn’t “donate” to the IBF the way he “donated” millions to the WBC and the WBA because the F-B-I may have investigated it since it’s based out of NJ rather than Mexico and Venezuela. These “donations” are interesting as is the move to buy The Ring and attempt to buy Boxerec.

What are you on about? Turki doesn't need to buy Boxerec, the WBA and WBC gave him everything he asked for and Ring Mag is owned by a promoter and it's selling it to another promoter.
