Canelo fought a much bigger and younger guy and won every single round.

That is bad news for Berlanga, not for Canelo.

He only went up to 168lbs to duck Jermall Charlo, Derevyenchenko and because Benavidez was stripped of the wbc title.

I have no agenda, I dislike all of the major promoters and all of the sanctioning bodies. I've watched the sport I love over 40 years and I refuse to accept bull**** rankings of joke fighters because "everyone does it".

Seriously though I’m being deadly serious look at any vacated title scenario of any org and who that org wants as “their champion.” Then look at who they put him up against. It has literally been happening for decades. It’s nothing new at all.

That's one way to spin it. Canelo also fought a much more limited fighter who struggled to beat Coceres and Rolls.

And that doesn't diminish your interest in knowing why? I know every sanctioning body is corrupt, I want to know 1) why they performed the action and 2) what their mental gymnastics are to justify it.

It is boxing. Bivol struggled with Spider Richards.
