    He may be slightly overrated, and he beat an out of sorts Spence, but he certainly is one of the best pound for pound. No argument there.

      Ryan Garcia has quite literally never defeated a current or former world champion. Even when he had a W over Haney for two weeks he didn't hold the titles because he was overweight. He never went to the Olympics or made an American national team. Seriously what has he accomplished other than posting shadowboxing clips and beating up mid-tier opposition?

                      Be a good fight for bud for the recognition. Ryan has a lot of casuals because of his looks. Maybe it would put bud out in front a little like when Mayweather fought Oscar.

                      Being that bud can avoid left hook not much Ryan could do...
