Munguia is returning straight away vs a top 10 opponent. BJS got fat and had no interest in fighting for over 3 years.
The dude always seemed to be a partier. More money, more parties.

Saunders was a talent but he just couldn't keep himself ever on track. If that's inactivity, blowing up in weight in-between fights or being a total idiot in his personal life etc and even after all that he still became a british, Commonwealth ,European champion and a two time world champion. So if he'd of kept himself grounded in his career and done it properly he could of achieved alot more. At this point tho I just don't see how he gets back in the mix unless he gambles straight away and fights someone of note at 168lbs. But 168 has never been the guys ideal weight he was always at his best at 160 but he ain't making that again.

The most entertaining thing BJS did in the ring was to allow us to watch Canelo cave in his eye socket. An unsavory fellow outside of the ring and usually boring in the ring; I would prefer him to stay retired.

UK fighters that are inactive never worry about coming back and they still make substantial amount of money. Their market on such fights remains active. Saunders vs Eubank rematch would still sell, for example. Brits would buy it and investors would be happy to fund it. It would happen soon, mark my word. It won't even be an undercard fight. Unlike in the US, fighters with the same situation are relegated to undercard fights. The money is not even worth coming back for.

What a disgusting POS. No one cares about Blowj** Saunders. No one ever did. Canelo broke his face, he collected his check, spent it on booze and drugs, and now he's back for another check. Maybe they'll put him in with Plant so that the loser goes away forever. Guys like this only come back sniffing around when the money dries up. Like Victor Ortiz (Remember him?). Not everyone has the audacity or ability to do the Floyd Traveling Carnival shtick for tens of millions.

The drunken trained seals over there would buy a Nancy Pelosi vs. Precious mud wrestling match.
