Norman, for another case, might be better off financially staying with TR, than accepting a fight with MR. None of these fights are on Turki's radar, if that's what you're thinking.
They shouldn't have to be on Turki's radar to get made though, but it's starting to feel like all boxers are waiting for the Saudi payday.

MR supposedly offered Norman $1.7M, an amount I think Top Rank will only pay him if he faces Teofimo. Who has TR/ESPN been making big offers to?

Teo Lopez admitted he and Shakur are getting $2 million per fight in between big fights, even on Thursday fights. Eddie Hearn made a mistake of making an offer to Jose Ramirez (when he was with TR) for Conor Benn and surprised to learn Jose was making that much. Ramirez turned it down, of course. It's cheap. And the venue was not even in the US, but in the UK.

If you ask Teofimo, he should getting paid even more lol. Top Rank was building those three, and their pay-scale reflected that. I don't think MR making Ramirez an offer was a mistake, as it allowed Hearn to learn about Ramirez's payscale at that time. TR was probably able to justify Ramirez's minimum because they kept him fighting in his hometown. GBP seems to be doing the same. But, Norman isn't on their level yet, in terms of accomplishments or marquee value. Norman is coming off a good win, but he's yet to become a headliner. That takes time, and I think Norman showed vs. Santillan what it takes to get there. However, I would really like to see Ennis/Norman instead of Ennis/Chukhadzhian again or Norman/Cuevas. What we can predict is that Norman is probably not making 7 figures for Cuevas.

Ramirez joined GBP recently, but it's generally known that GBP is not offering more than what ESPN/TR do as indicated in this article:

"As to reports that Ramirez had to settle for less money with Golden Boy, Garcia said the difference was negligible."
Trainer Robert Garcia fully endorses Jose Ramirez’s new change of pace. Last week, it was announced that the former 140-pound champion from Avenal, Calif., sign

Is Jermell ever really going to fight again at 154? After making that Canelo cash, is he ever going to fight again?

It sounds like Ramirez was desperate to move on from TR. Not even a Teofimo fight could keep him there. I assume that GBP is going to line him up for Ryan Garcia.

Did Canelo ever fight again after moving up to 175 to get embarrassed by Bivol? Is Jamie Munguia going to fight again after moving from 154 to 168 to get crushed by Canelo? Did AJ fight again after getting KOd by Andy? Why wouldn't Jermell fight again? He got quasi dropped and out worked by Canelo. He didn't get prison rha-ped by Canelo. Sure he can fight again. Jermell vs Bud is a huge fight for Amazon prime. Bud is not contractually bound to the Iron Shiek so he can go do business with Al again if he wants.

You know why I wrote that. Because it's funny to see all you guys who were haters of all black boxers just last year now you're defending Shakur Boots and Bud. Haha this shyte is so fuqing funny!

So? What's the hold up? Terence "Bud" Crawford is a free agent. He's on his own. There's no Hearn or Arum to deal with. And nobody knows why PBC is so slow. Couldn't make a single offer to or take advantage of these three free agents, Shakur, Bud, Hankey, whose fans are mostly PBC fans. I don't get it. I really don't. What does uncle Al don't like about these guys, any idea what?
