Madrimov will not get a rematch, he should have argued for a rematch clause in the contract with Bud. Madrimov fought OK but didn't throw enough punches and didn't take enough chances during the fight. He should have fought harder knowing that he was fighting a top pound for pound fighter in the world. He needs to fight a few tomato cans and work his way back up before fighting another champion. Someone never told him that he was Bud's tune up fight for Canelo if that ever happens. Madrimov thinks that he is a A level fighter. At best he is a C+, B- level fighter.

He's nothing close to a C-level fighter. Call the even rounds even and Crawford does not win that fight.

I'd rather be called a casual by someone who doesn't know anything about me , than have to pretend that I enjoyed this fight in order to pass myself off as a boxing " purist". I've seen thousands of good boxers , the Madrimov that I saw in this fight didn't impress me in the least. Neither did Crawford to be honest. In fact , I'm wondering if the boxing world was too quick to label him with greatness out of desire to have someone great to watch and talk about. The next couple of fights should tell.

I've seen your activity on this website. My casuals comment wasn't directed at you. If you found Madrimov VS Bud less than entertaining, you're entitled to that opinion. I didn't see this fight as boring, and I found both fighters' performances impressive. So in your case, we have a difference of opinions - and it's safe to say that I respectfully disagree with you.
