Every man with two hands is a test. They train hard, do roadwork and got the heart to climb those ropes, and they come to win. Custio Clayton was a former Olympian and undefeated as a pro. Good test, but he got smoked in 2 rounds. Thomas Dulorme was a veteran, fought plenty of names, I think he fought for some title b4. Chris Van Heerden ain't no punk, he fought names, had plenty pro experience. Sergei Lipinets, David Avenesyan, both experienced strong guys, good punchers. Roiman Villa is definitely a puncher, will beat a lot of people. Karen is good. I think Karen can beat a lot of names too, if they fight him. Its the way Boots beats them that lets you know what's up. He takes any style and dissects it and picks guys apart. He 's knocked dudes out with every punch in the book from either stance. And so far almost everyone goes to sleep

It's levels to everything. And boots has yet to fight a championship fighter. He fought guys who loss to champions. Which proves their said level.

for example. Rocky Fielding isn't on the same level as canelo. Two hands or not.

GGG was also knocking everything out and once he stepped up the comp. The knockouts went away. Levels matter.

Boxing has levels and boots has yet to fight somebody who has been on the championship level. That's just a simple fact.

AFAIC, this is the only fight for Ennis at 147. I like it. Though, poor Norman I think will ultimately lose, but it will finally be a real fight for Ennis.

Why can't Hearn make Ennis vs Conor Benn?

Didn't Lipinets hold an IBF belt?

There's never been this kind of coverage when Ennis was still with Showtime and PBC mysterious island. He was dormant for months to a year, yet no one had a clue what's going on. And PBC got plenty of names for him in the stable, Stanionis, Barrios, Butaev, Kavaliauskas, Josesito Lopez, Crowley, Avanesyan should have been made early.
sshhhhhh....... the first rule of PBC is that you dont talk about PBC........

Been that way for years. Even the so-called mainstream media has little to say about PBC's issues, their fighters taking two years lay off, etc. Political correctness seems to be dangling over their heads all the time. Yet when it comes to GBP, TR, MR, etc. there are tons of critical things the media is happy to write about.

I don't see Top Rank being in favour of this fight if they already have plans for Teo to move up. They are low on elite fighters, low on big names, will want to hold onto all the belts they can unless a really big offer comes in.

Perhaps because Benn is a dirty cheat? It would be a money fight for sho but that’s about it.

That's the easiest fight to make. I assume he is not done Milking Conor.
