The IBF has a 10lb re-hydration limit, lets see how this plays out. If the IBF is forced to waive its 10-lb rule it means that Devin's team feel he needs the advantage. It should be a competitive fight, technical, long distance but competitive.

And Regis says he'd be happy to travel to Australia for Paro. Not new for Prograis. He will fight again in the UK for the Catterall fight just like he did in the Taylor fight. Not a huge deal for Prograis to fight in someone's backyard. Unlike Haney.
