Love the mailbag but for the love of god please stop using CAPITAL LETTERS EVERYWHERE! It doesn't get your point across better, it's just bad writing. You're like Elaine with exclamation points haha. But otherwise keep it up!

As I've said before, I'm not sure how it translates into the ring, but with regards to the size and strength thing, I'm willing to bet Bud is noticeably stronger (I'm not saying he punches harder or takes a punch better), at least in a gym, and is an all around better athlete, than Canelo is. And that's not meant as a knock against Canelo. I think Bud is the sort of freak who would have excelled at pretty much any sport he chose.

Canelo is too much for Crawford. Why not make fights in the same weight class? Canelo won't get much credit for chasing Crawford around like he did to Charlo. Crawford didn't beat Madrimov by much, and Canelo is 14lbs bigger than Madrimov.

Crawford will have height (barely), reach, and better feet, Canelo will have strength and I think the advantage of a stouter chin. If I were betting I'd go with Crawford but only because I think he'll be a sizeable underdog.

I see people are still pushing this Canelo vs Crawford narrative and Bread follows suit in continuing the conversation. I understand the aspect of how a great smaller guy can beat a bigger guy, after all, it has happened in boxing before. But let's get one thing straight, Crawford is a very good fighter, maybe even just a good fighter, he's not a ATG. Who has Crawford exactly beat to be considered Great? You can even make the argument that we don't even know if he's even really good because his choices off opponents leaves a lot to be desired.

Times in history where a smaller fighters have beaten bigger fighters, for the most part, it's been situations where the bigger guy is older at the tail end of their career and the smaller guy is younger, age plays the a part in it as well. Canelo is in the twilight of his career but at 36 soon to be 37, Crawford is also close to the end .

And finally, Bread mentioned how they're the same height and that Crawford has longer reach, and because he's more mobile, that would give Canelo issues. Now, people make the comparisons on size and always talk about height or reach or whatever you want to throw out there. What matters is not height or reach, when you size up fighters, especially in these situations where a way smaller fighter is moving up, you have to look at body mass, girth, that is what will play more of a factor, and if you compare that, Canelo is much, much bigger than Crawford. People forget that Crawford started at 130, he's considerably smaller, you want to talk about the advantages of Crawford which would probably be speed ( I think people underestimate Canelo speed) and foot work, that will all be negated for the simple fact that he has to pack on weight, most of it would be muscle, which last time I checked, is not good for speed. If he decided to come in much lighter, that can be an issue as well. I won't even get into that when you're fighting bigger guys, one of the hardest things to deal with is having that bigger guys weight constantly weighing on you through out the fight will tire you out because you're not used to dealing with that amount of weight.

In the end, it's boxing and anything can happen, fighters are human and can get sick, have a bad camp, ect, ect, there's a lot that can happen. But after Crawford's last outing against a bigger guy, who's not as big as Canelo and definitely nowhere near Canelo caliber, if you have a 100% Canelo and a 100% Crawford at 168, no catch weights, no restrictions, there's no way in hell Crawford wins, as a matter of fact, he would get knocked out, maybe even get really hurt and if you are seriously pushing this fight and think Crawford has a chance, it's probably because you're a Crawford fan and have blinders. There's only one real reason Crawford is pushing this fight and it's money, he knows that he can cash out and retire after the fight, and he's willing to risk it because the excuse of, well, I gave a shot, and he was way too big and most likely people will cut him a break because of that.

To even think that boring arse Shakur vs Tank would be a great fight is blasphemy and absurd. What on earth has Shakur ever done in the ring besides put everyone to sleep to ever be mentioned as being a great fight? Shakur just told you that he’s in it for the money. He told you he do give a sheet about what fans think.

The fact that one is managed by a rap producer and another is from the Capital means nothing. Brothers wouldn’t pay their hard earned “Bread” from their “black job” to watch Shakur. Gimme a break!

Solid mailbag as always but please stop with the Bud v Canelo narrative. After seeing the Madrimov fight, am more convinced Canelo will handle Bud quite well. Canelo like Bud is a high IQ fighter who does everything 10 times better than Madrimov with pretty much all the physical advantages. Bud is undersized and pushing 38 and we see his power not carrying over to the higher weight so how the hell is he going to stop the Canelo attack. Beating Canelo at this stage is too much of an ask but if it happens, it will only be for the payday especially for Bud 'cos I don't see it being competitive. While you can argue Canelo is ducking Benny, I don't see same with Bud. It is more so of not getting the credit if it does beat Bud.

As for Boots, Breadman does in fact has affinity for Boots as rightfully called out in the maibag and it may be their Philly gyms affiliation and no issues there but he has barely done anything to warrant the praise he's getting. As for him staying at 147, if it is for anything other than unification, he is essentially wasting his time. Boots is a big kid who can fight at 154 and I seem to hear his Dad talking about how he can beat the current 154lbers. With Turki showing no interest in 147 but rather shaking up 154 and bypassing promotional affiliation, why won't Boots move up then if no unifications at 147 instead of lining up no hopers and wasting prime years. 33 fights in and Lipinets and Villa are your best wins and now maybe Karen Chuk again, no that's not cutting it
