Just flew into Mexico City, going to the Mayweather fight

I am here on business, I am partners in a private security company and am going to buy tickets to the Mayweather fight at the sports arena

it will be my 4th and I’m sure last time seeing him live in the ring

Its a joke of an event but I’m a boxing fanatic and can’t turn down a live fight especially since the arena is so close to where I’m staying

Yeah I am surprised on how much press the fight is getting here, it’s almost like Mayweather is still an active Champion

I am still shocked that Mayweather is fighting in Mexico after all he said like “they better not throw piss on me” which does definitely happen here during fights and pro wrestling events

7 thousand dollars for ringside seats, they priced the tickets way out of reach for most Mexican boxing fans

Very cool. Its one of those bucket list type of events to attend (I remember a schedule conflict preventing me from attending Tyson/McBride and I still regret it).

Hopefully it's a decent undercard so there are some entertaining boxing matches to go with the circus of a main event. Have fun and safe travels!

Thank you my friend but the whole card is garbage, two 8 round exhibitions, one 12 round minor title belt defense and that Curmel Motion or however you spell his name in a 6 rounder

So yeah the card is garbage but I can literally walk 10 minutes to the arena from where I am staying and the crowds at the fights in Mexico are sometimes more entertaining than the fights in the ring

No it’s entertainment, just like all team sports are fixed, but that doesn’t stop people from watching, so if anyone doesn’t like it then they don’t have to watch

Can't see the attraction for such exhibitions
As I can't see myself watching female boxing or any female driven sport.
