My apologies on the wording regarding the Morrell fight, re-reading I realize it may be ambiguous or unclear. I did not score the fight, I thought the fight was close however (certainly closer than 118-110). I said he was on the "wrong side" of the decision and I meant on the unfortunate side (i.e. the losing side).

I don't think Morrell dominated every round easily. I was aware that, as the B-side in the fight, Hot Rod wasn't going to get th benefit of the doubt in close rounds.

I also thought the fight was a lot more competitive than the scorecards indicated. Morrell did not dominate anything just like Benavidez did not dominate in his last fight. They both got the benefit of being the A side. They both won their fights, but they both struggled to dominate at 175.

I watched Hot Rod damn near neutralize every trick Morrell threw at him, making him look ordinary. To be clear, I thought Morrell won, but it was much closer than the scorecards indicated and I would have personally preferred a draw, and I wouldn't have argued if Rod had somehow gotten the rare B side win on his finesse.

I keep changing my mind about his fight. Like most other people I can see Beterbiev stopping Bivol, but I can also see Bivol outboxing Beterbiev and making it look easy. Can Bivol do what Gvozdyk could not do in his prime and win a couple of more rounds? I think, it is possible. What really changed my mind on this fight was the Canelo fight. Bivol seemed do be completely unaffected by Canelo's power. He seemed to be cool, calm and collected and at no stage showed that he was affected by anything that Canelo threw at him. I know Beterbiev punches like nobody else and that is what will make all of us tune into this fight and be excited like little children.

You should have because he didn't win, and it was not close according to breadman

You were expecting a route and got a fight; there's nothing wrong with that. How many times was DMJ in trouble?

They were not fighting bums and was their first fight at 175.

Based on Radivoje experience Beter is an accumulation ko puncher rather than a 1pko

Beter isn’t explosive, but he is very strong and heavy handed

Beter has beat everyone put in front of him

it will take another Russian citizen to beat him

Gvozdyk got fancy ate counters for it and got broken down

Gvozdyk thought he was American threw the lead right hand and ate one instead

Bivol is conservative and will win the fight with a jab only if that’s all it takes

Bivol is risk averse and won’t be open for counters that could break him down

I dont see Bivol getting burnt out then stopped like Gvozdyk
