Schafer comparin Floyd to Oscar is a JOKE.

Oscar was a MUCH bigger star than Floyd. He had even more leverage over the sport than Floyd did. He could have done what Floyd is doing, but he didn't, with the exception of his last fight.

In SPITE of the fact that Oscar could have fought bull**** opponents and gone undefeated and made a **** ton of money, he fought the absolute best. He deserves so much credit for that, he went out of his way to fight the best. He never disrespected the sport like Mayweather is. And people talk **** about Oscar, it's sad.

Floyd has been one of my favorite fighters for as long as I can remember, but I simply can't condone his bull**** anymore. The fact that this **** is even being DISCUSSED is pathetic.

After the money he made fighting Marquez the comparison is much more reasonable, but the difference is people watched Oscar to root for him and they actually liked watching him fight. Floyd is making his living making people hate him. It works so, whatever. I wasn't ****** into paying for Mayweather-Marquez, sorry for those that did.

i have no issue with floyd or mayweather...both are/were excellent boxers...

talentwise, floyd is just flat out better...and oscars pathetic showing against pac is more embarrassing than anything floyd has done in the ring...i dont get your point...

I'm not talking talent wise or in the ring, Floyd is clearly better than Oscar to me there, I'm talking purely from a PPV, get fans to buy your fights standpoint here.

but the way Oscar lost to the smaller man PAC is not respectable at all...it actually hurts his legacy....Mexicans are known to be courageous and prideful fighters...and for his to take that fight being the bigger man...just as PBF did with MArquez...and then quit...was definitely a blow to his legacy...but there is an obvious double standard when PBF does it.....remember....Marquez is the same guy that beat PAC

1st marquez never beat pac and 2nd you need to quit boxing if you think the marquez that fought pac at 130 is thesame fighter at 147.

agreed, I can understand people not liking Oscar because they think the media and casual fans overhyped him or because they think he has a phony personality but at least he fought everyone out there
