So we're just going to act like the racist tirade didn't happen? Ok.

Bud should opt for that fight instead of Canelo, if a pay day is what he's after.

To all young aspiring boxers: if you want to study to improve your stance, look no further than the photo of Oscar with the heels and fish net stockings on. That's the most perfect, balanced stance in the history of boxing. He's high up on his toes. Notice how his head is off the line, so his defense is built into his stance. Notice how his hands are positioned to catch incoming punches, and to throw jabs and hooks. Notice how his feet are spread apart and how he has a sweet gap in his ass. Look how he's sitting down on his back leg just like it's a man's lap. Study this stance and you too, can be-Cum a chUmpion just like Oscar did

Do you know what? I think sparring in high heels actually would be amazingly good for most young boxers!

Oscar had a very quick 1st step. This is what made his jab so effective. He developed this by running 10 miles backwards every morning in 10 inch heels with 20 lb ankle weights on. He also used to sprint, bunny hop, crab walk, jump rope and do burpees in strap-less crushed velvet pumps. He had crazy gay calf power. That's why he was hard to beat

Leaving aside any moral stance, & since this is boxing I'm assuming we will, it makes things very difficult for Derrick James. I couldn't go back to training that man-child after all he has said. Where can you go from there? How can you spend time working in the gym with a MoFo that thinks & acts like that?

And here I am training with a plate carrier... The funny part is, fashion sense and orientation aside, there's good value in a lot of the exercises you mention, and solid truth in the calf power.
