Well by the way that it stands; Retirement may not be such a bad idea for Saul Alvarez. Especially, If he persists on doing things his own way.

I say that because If any of these promoters were to so much as dare to betray your “Excellency” by working with Canelo after he has repudiated him.

Then they wouldn’t ever have to worry about doing business with Alalshikh again. In the end though; I believe Canelo would eventually come around.

Matchroom and Eddie Hearn would make sure that he does. No fighter is the end of all boxing. It’s just as I’ve stated earlier; Canelo’s gravy train is over and he gets it.

The closest to an elite fighter was supposed to be Spence but he got faded before the fight even took place, unfortunately. But even then Spence is great but was never an elite generational talant. He was just a really good straight up and down fighter. No special twitch countering or special tricks.
How can a person write "gernational telant" twice!

He's the cash cow not the turk. Without canelo turk has zero super fights in America. And that's a fact.
Canelo's only good win in his career was the second GGG fight and he probably shouldn't have got the decision. FACT

Bud just struggled to prove himself at 154 . 168 is a huge step up from that with a solid big guy waiting .Bud should prove he can be affective at middle and super middle otherwise it looks to me nothing more than a shot in the dark cash grab. They both have terrific huge fights in their own divisions , Turki has got this one wrong .

I think Crawford wants Canelo for several reasons. Money is clearly one of them. But I also think he's such a competitive guy that I think he truly wants to challenge himself. I think fans doubting him bothers him to a certain extent. A portion of fans are not giving him his flowers even after becoming undisputed at 147 by demolishing Spence. Fans still say that was a battered Spence coming off a car accident, clearly ignoring the Spence vs. D. Garcia fight. I think Bud is competitive and obviously wants the payday. But I don't think he's looking to lie down against Canelo. He won't have a Munguia mentality. I honestly don't mind if he gets the fight. Good for him. Canelo not accepting is what makes me question Canelo. This is an easy payday for him on paper. Why not take the bag and just say he gave Bud the chance? I mean does he think we're ******? He keeps saying a Bud fight is a lose lose situation for him but what about his previous fights like Khan and Chavez Jr.? He drained them and still took the fights. So this just makes me wonder.

David gonna turn down that bivol-beterbiev winner too. Just wait. At the end of the day canelo is still the face of boxing. And the turk better understand that. He thought he would make canelo bow down but canelo laughed in his face like the wannabe dictator that he is. Better take out that check book and give canelo what he wants turkey boy.
Canelo got heaps of scorn when he fought smaller guys. At this stage of his career, he does not need that kind of grief.

This might be wishful thinking on your part. Eddie and the other promoters are free to work with anyone they'd like. Turki is just making it possible for promoters to pit their fighters against rival promoters by offering more money to the pot to meet the fighter's financial demands, thus avoiding potential financial losses on the side of the promoter.

Turki spoke too soon by stating that the offer he was willing to give Ginger is off the table. By Bud letting Turki know that he only wants to fight Ginger, Bud has put Turki in an awkward situation and has inadvertently given Ginger more leverage.

It doesn't appear that Ginger needs Turki's money and is in a different position that most fighters are in, not having to kiss his butt nor call him "His Excellency", so Ginger working with Turki might never happen. I don't think Ginger really cares and I must say, being in a position where you can care less about Turki's offer must be freaking great.

While most fighters are acting like girls in line trying to get the attention of the bouncer to let them in the cool club, Ginger's already in the club sitting in his private table enjoying the evening. Having said all that, by no means am I claiming Ginger to be the best or better than Bud or Benavidez. He along with a couple others are OK not having to do business with "His Excellency".

It's all good, Tank, Tszyu, Ginger have been doing fine without Turki and will continue to do fine without him.

I am not sure about that. Crawford is not much of a draw and neither is Eubank in this country. Berlanga with the Puerto Rico vs Mexico angle is a bigger draw.

Bud is so “competitive” he hid behind Arum during his physical prime despite Top Rank having the weakest WW roster and everyone knows Arum has a hard time making fights with other promoters.

He had a chance to leave Arum to make the big fights he supposedly wanted but re signed for more easy touches.

He finally gets the Spence fight and has his big moment at 35 and what was next? Another 15 month layoff.

Competitive? Nah, out boy Bud just wants that retirement check after wasting so many years of his career.
