He doesn't get the win and Haney is still undefeated. Whether Devin himself still feels like an undefeated fighter is another matter. Only he knows the truth about that.
Right and wrong ARE indeed defined by the truth and laws SOMETIMES also reflect the truth. Technically laws are based on Utilitarian principles meaning, they are supposed to, through their enforcement, cause the MOST good and the LEAST harm... meaning that sometimes they can be unjust, need to change etc. But that is neither here nor there... the real point is when LAWS do not address an injustice. For example, Haney rehydrating to absurd amounts before a fight... Sure it is not against the law but it still is not right.

But alas you being the idiot you are will undoubtedly say " but but but.... its not against the law!!!" Acknowledged! Does not make it any mnoe or less right, and I also even gave you a reason based on how laws function ethically... By.

I wasn't talking about the weights, fool, I was talking about Garcia getting popped for PEDs in his pre-fight tests.

What you're not considering, is if he was 3lbs overweight for the weigh-in, with no apparent attempt to make weight, AND he was juicing, just how much weight he rehydrated to on fight night. If Mayweather were in a similar situation, he very likely wouldn't have fought Garcia that night. He'd have caught on to his shenanigans at the 30-day weigh-in.

You missed the point. It has nothing to do with "the weights." I gave you an example of when something might not be "against the law" but is never-the-less... wrong. Here let me repeat since this went over your dome... perhaps I was not clear?

          1. Laws are designed to work on a certain principle that does not guarantee fairness to every individual. Hence, laws are not always ethical, or correct. They are considered workable when, they serve the purpose of the greater good. Utilitarianism...
          2. As an example I mentioned Haney's unethical practice of being a weigh bully. It is not against the law, but is never-the-less wrong.
          3. I then predicted that you foolishly, along with other fools, state "But Haney is not breaking the law." Which I still believe will probably be your next post. At least now? I have been clear as a bell.

Again ... I wasn't talking about Haney's weight when I quoted you. I was talking about Ryan getting popped for PEDs. What part of that do you not understand?
