Beating Hrgovic was no big deal and still couldn’t do it
Fans on multiple sites had it 114/113 for Hrgovic
Wasn’t no given that he beat Hrgovic

Yeah. The Bakole win was an upset. But those in the know knew he was as live an underdog as there has been in a while.

        Could say that again
Fughin Crawford cost me money as I picked the two upsets and Bud to get the ko

Bakole has more athletic ability. He throws more shots, can move in the ring a bit... To me this fight would be probability theory 101... If you have two crushing machines trying to crush each other, and one machine can crush a whole lot more... Who would you bet on? BTW neither guy actually has an outstanding KO% historically speaking... Both guys hover just under 80%. (By comparison Wilder is at a solid 90% Fury is at around 70%) This tells me all else is Indeed equal and that there is a chance this goes the distance making Bakole a more natural winner.

Good take although I see it as Zhang punching himself out and Bakole destroying him in the later rounds
Of course this is if Bakole can handle the ****’s power

Yup... If Zhang hadn a better KO percentage I might give this consideration a bit more weight. Of course it could not matter a bit... We do not know who has a better chin here, or who might land first. It might amount to who has the stones to throw first...

I’m thinking that Zhang , as usual , rules the first half before gassing out
Then Bakole starts hammering him and the ko comes along
My debate is can Bakole handle the Zheng’s power ?

I'm not too hung on on KO %. The Zhang who found his footing and TERMINATED the career of Joyce, when the juggernaut was fresh off giving Parker the beating of his life....this feeds us all we need to know about Zhang's Chinese Power.

I think all these measures create a totality of circumstances. When you isolate them they become much less important. I guess the reason I looked at ko percentage a little bit more carefully here, is because there's so much similar to my reckoning with these two.

Aside from b a k o l e being able to move a lot more and with more gas it seems the KO percentage might have something if it was different. Of course it wasn't lol. They're both drawing from the same well... And as far as the resistance I can't tell much difference either.

But it's true there is no one measure that matters out of context.
