Most casuals are like you. They dont understand the significance of Crawford being referenced as a 135 pounder. He has a 135 pound frame. The added weight above that is a disability. Some overcome it. Most dont. An acceptable weight gain above boxers “base weight “ or “TRUE fighting weight” is about 10-15 pounds. Anything above that is “overweight” and a “hindrance to EFFICIENCY”.
