Will be interesting to see how this UFC card does against Canelo. IMO it blows it away because I know a lot of boxing fans that aren’t buying the fight.

Just think about the last card. Bakole went from someone many barely knew to the guy we want to see in with the top 3.

Not to mention fights at the lower weights. Turkish could make the Inoue/Bam and Tank/Shakur fights that continue to elevate boxers.
I definitely see your perspective and don't disagree. I just think Canelo is already becoming less relevant because his age keeps him from seeking 50/50 battles due to his lack of hunger and necessity for wealth/success, which he already has in abundance.

I don't think any man that is in the hurt business can be rightfully called a coward and to me, it appears that Canelo is dead serious when he says "it's my way or the highway". As a fan of the sport who wants to see him fight Benavidez, I don't necessarily like it, but I have to respect him for putting himself in a position where he can honestly say "If you don't like it, fack you all". I don't think he or Tank will bend over backwards for Turki and that's awesome to see, in contrast to everyone on last Saturday's card. I felt embarrassed for Pitbull as I saw him seek out Turki just to kiss his a$$.

You are right about Bakole, his fight was the most exciting of the evening and I look forward to watching his next bout. But you have to acknowledge that letting his fists fly is what made his fight exciting.

I was expecting Bakole to win but I was overly impressed and picked El Rayo to defeat Pitbull
And he Di it with bigger grandeur imo
The fact that Pitbull could crack him anytime ( game changer ) , I knew Anderson couldn’t hurt Bakole

El Rayo looked sensational against Pitbull! I believe Garcia has made a difference in correcting El Rayo's reckless way of attack and all around style.

Yup , RGBA I think it’s called has really changed him
This is a guy with losses on his record who just got better off those losses
Just goes to show there is nothing wrong if you lose your 0

Turki was right about everything he said except Canelo being "afraid" of crawford. he is afraid of benavidez but definitely not crawford, he would squash him like a pancake.

Turki also didnt push the benavidez fight, the one all hardcore fans really want to see, he has been pushign the sham fight with crawford .

This is a battle of egos, Canelo is used to being A side and everyone including WBC president solumon are always kissing his ass. Turki requested Canelo to break from his fight camp to fly out to los angeles to negotiate a fight when hes focusing on his fight in 6 weeks and Canelo wants to do things on his timeline, that is the power play.

It was probably the first time any boxer refused to meet with Turki in his life so he got butthurt by it.

Personally i dont care either way because these two weren't going to make the benavidez fight so who cares if they are in a pissing contest.
