I believe it was XXY. Which would be a genetic disorder.

This is a very simple concept , mentioned it in another thread ......... A female is XX , a male is XY .......................If they are XXY they should be competing against other XXY ..There is a reason they were banned from other competitions , Y chromosome is literally what gives men testosterone .

She probably holds back as don't want to arouse any su****ion, and also don't want to hurt women. But when she wants gold, we will see the power

I’ve been discussing this issue with some friends on Facebook. A couple have expressed that they believe Imane Khelif was born a female. This situation is still fresh and highly controversial, so who knows how accurate the information we’re seeing is. But that goes for both sides of the equation. If you want to believe this person is a woman because there isn’t enough evidence to the contrary, the opposing view can say the same — at the very least. I believe this is a case of “if it walks like a duck, quacks and has feathers, it’s a duck.” Could this be a really mannish-looking woman? Sure. But, brother, I’ve been around the block a million times and I’ve rarely if ever seen a female that looks as mannish as that.

Sometimes I can forgive how a woman looks, but once they sound like a man too when they talk then that's a step too far

If you take a chromosome test and you're not XX, you don't qualify as a woman for the purposes of competing with women in sports. I think it should be this simple.

testosterone levels are known to be a very high element in athletic performance & thats why they are tested for by vada and other testing orgs and monitored to make sure they are within certain limits to ensure fair play

is that too much to ask for to apply to the ladies as well? surely not, boxing is dangerous enough without dangerous advantages make it even worse
It's easier for men. We accept that a man with physical gifts is gifted.

When a woman presents with the same physical gifts people complain that she must be a man.

The definition of Male and Female sport draws a line. Where you draw that line is becoming an issue. Personally I think it should just be the co.ck test.

dont agree, there are many many gifted women athletes past and present with no issue like that

she had the option to go to CAS with this and appeal the finding that she failed a gender test and didnt qualify for the world champs and clear this all up but neither boxer took this option, any idea why?

Because she didn't need to. She passed the Olympics guidelines.

                      again dont agree at all

if floyd mayweather for example did a vada test and it found elevated levels of testosterone for example, we would all know about it and who knows what the outcome of that would be

                      surely u can see that?
