According to Shakur his fight with Tank would be the Superbowl of boxing. Whether or not it's true, just get the fight over with, rain or shine.

PBC and the whole Tank team should just have talked to Shakur's team directly and not have to get Eddie Hearn involved. Just like GBP took over the whole Ryan/Haney fight. Looks like Tank's camp is not interested as if they've got lots of choices. It may be too late now or maybe not.

All of his big money fights are slipping away because these guys are fighting each other and losing their 0s (the best way to lie to a casual). Teo, Ryan, and Devin all have to rebuild. Loma did that with the KO of Kambo, but he's out for now. Berinchyk has a belt but isn't known. So, that just leaves Shakur, the only one left that can drum up enough interest for a decent payday

Shakur isn't a draw, but his fans fall in the same demographic as Tank's, and that's what sells the fight. The fact that Tank's fans know who Shakur is and what kind of threat he poses puts this fight in the running to clear 500K in buys

          EDIT:
We know how Top Rank treats it's fighters on the outs. Don't buy that crap about people leaving the arena early because the fight was boring. They always do that towards the end so that they don't get stuck in stadium traffic. That event drew over a million in viewership on ESPN
Tank v Shakira 500K PPV buys? You’re dreaming. Shakira will not get more than 5K people on his name to buy PPV’s given how utterly boring he is and I’m being generous. Tank, on his record and his KO’s could bring 150K buys. So Tank v Shakira in total would struggle to break 200K PPV buys in total.

Shakira will be running like a thief in the night if he fights Tank.

I think it depends on what Shakur thinks his value is? If he demands more than 30% then it’s not gonna happen!

Lol fighters who draw 1.2 million in free viewership get more than 5K in ppvs, Phase. Not the most exciting, but young and talented nonetheless

Like I said, as long as Tank's fans know who Shakur is, it's in the running

                EDIT:
Is it really totally out of this world? Canelo and Munguia share a fanbase and that did fine

I hope they fight next. I'm ready to see Stevenson get KOd.

What exactly are they waiting for? The sooner it gets made, the better it got chances of being sold.
They need lots of time to promote this fight. PItbull rematch ain't happening. Tank doesn't want it.
It's literally just forcing Cruz down Davis' throat. He wants none of that rematch. Let's get real.

Tank isn't interested in a speedy, defensive fighter in his prime. Fight won't happen.
