I don't think highly of Barrios and as great as Pac was, at this point, 46, long layoff, rust ect ect and you add that Barrios has been active, I would favor Barrios to win. PAC should go off into the sunset and enjoy his retirement and the fact that he's a first ballot Hall of Fame.

Barrios is underrated and should not be dismissed. He's a cherry picked opponent that I expect to beat Pacquiao.
