But pac is ancient and long retired. Can't you allow pac this cherry pick of his choosing? Pac will have his hands full with barrios. True, Boots would likely do even better than barrio s though.
I'm not sure why you want Ennis to make his name off a legend, at Pac s expense. Yet didn't want floyd to pass torch to Bud, spence, thurman, brook bradley etc

I am only giving my opinion. I have no control over which fight happens.

I don’t want to see Manny fight again. I am not interested in an easy Manny win or any Barrios fight, as neither does anything positive for the sport.

I prefer a fight where someone the sport needs to have more shine gets it.

Against a show man that is not a real fighter.

IMO the value here is giving Boots a chance to get a KO win in a fight that should sell about 450-500k ppvs minimum, so casual fans maybe start to follow him more.

That is a benefit for the sport.
That is, by definition, not a better fight. Boots doesn't even want to fight Manny anyways.

People are too quick to dismiss this fight and the significance it could bring. Is Barrios Terence Crawford? No. But is Barrios a fighter who's been on a streak as of late who seems to be getting better? Yes. Pacquiao is nearing 46 and his last fight was a few years ago. On paper Manny Pacquiao is a massive name with a legacy. He's special. If anyone can come back and win a world title against a younger good fighter it's him. This is an interesting fight imo.

So sad Manny needs to fight now that he’s broke. How the mighty have fallen. He didn’t pay his taxes and the Philippine government got him. He desperately needs money. Sean Gibbons has been asked to get him opponents he can beat so he can make money again.

I am a huge Manny fan but do not wish for him to make a comeback.

I understand his competitive spirit though.
