While I agree..Cotto would more than likely lose..chances are it would be a 12rd decision...

Mayweather would KO Pac within 7rds..style wise Mayweather is HELL for Pacquiao..LMAO..I hope that happens too..just to see the flips faces..
i dont know about ko pac...mayweather isnt that strong..a TKO on a cut would be believable or just punishment but a KO punch i dont think so
but im filipino and im rooting for money may

      Wow!

      Honestly..you're the only Filipino I've ever seen that doesn't Jock Manny's scrotum!..cong****!..lol

but Mayweather is a lot more powerful than people think..nobody saw him KO'in the undefeated Hatton..and I almost made a bet at my barber shop that he would..and I got laughed at..so it discouraged me to bet..but I still believed he could and would..and he did..

Pacquiao's chin hasn't been tested since he was 130lb..Mayweather would be too big and too precise for a 149lb (fight night weight) Pacquiao..the KO is almost predictable IMO..although I could be wrong obviously..but I see it as an easy match up for Mayweather..especially after I saw the Mayweather-Marquez fight...

I don't know. I know Pac is good but Cotto is very resilient. I'm not
a dedicated Cotto supporter but I can't deny that he goes in and has
only been stopped by a way bigger guy than Pac and fought through
a big ass cut over his eye with a bigger, tougher guy. I don't understand
why people are fronting on Cotto because he has been in some wars
with tough opposition. I could be wrong but I just have a feeling Cotto
is going to surprise everyone by disposing of Pac.

I think Floyd could have disposed of JMM at any time but he chose
to make it look competitive as best he could. People sleep but Floyd
has put whoopings on guys at times and the advantages he had on
JMM, I'm sure he could have KO'd him easy. Pacquiao with his wild
style and openess would get schooled by Floyd I'm sure. Bad match up
          for Pac.

Not only because of the height advantage that you mentioned but also because of a 15" reach advantage (67" to 82") that Paul will have. that reach advantage will make Paul Williams feel like a 7 foot fighter against Miguel and almost impossible to overcome.

Paul Williams is a unique fighter and will be soon in the top P4P list he just has to continue beating people and adding great names to his resume. But he should not go to higher than 160 lbs. probably 168 max. for a couple of fight
Williams doesn't really use his reach advantage, he likes to fight on the inside, like Corrales. And in any case, anyone who can fight at 147 without being weight drained is a Welterweight, whatever their height. If he beats Pavlik, that just makes him a Welterweight who is able to beat Middleweights. He's still a Welterweight.

Hearns was an ATG Welterweight and was exactly the same height as Williams. Forrest started at Jnr Welterweight and is only 1" shorter than Williams. Dwight Muhammad Qawi was an ATG Light Heavyweight, and he was shorter than Cotto, and shorter than Pacquiao.

Bottom line, unless Williams can't make the weight any more - and he says he can easily, and he says he still walks around between fights at just over 150lb - then no one can really claim to be the undisputed Welterweight champion until they've fought him.

Cotto has two close wins over Clottey and Mosley and he packed it in against Margarito. Cotto is the one who is the younger fighter and he is supposed to build up a legacy. Pacquiao is getting ready to retire to run for politics in the PI because he has made his mark in boxing. And if he loses to Cotto it doesn't damage his rep against a guy who you claim doesn't have a big frame, but blows up to Middleweight on fight night.
Mosley didnt want to fight Cotto again at the Garden where they were gonna get paid more. I must admit that Cotto didn't dominate but I scored it for him. At least he is in exciting fight and I would pay to see Pac before I would pay to see Floyd. But also these two fighters take fights that they can actually lose. A lot of fighters out there now at days don't do that
