To be fair, Cotto has fought everyone at WW and doesn't have the frame to move up in weight. He's fighting a guy favored to beat him in Pac, can't really fault him for that.

Well Pac wanted the fight and got it. So the opportunity came to fight the #1 p4p and Cotto took it. You know this will be an action fight as long as it last. Who would you rather each fighter fight.

I would rather see Cotto give Mosley a rematch and Pacquiao clean up 140. At least Pacquiao has convincing victories over great fighters on his resume though. Cotto has two close wins over Clottey and Mosley and he packed it in against Margarito. Cotto is the one who is the younger fighter and he is supposed to build up a legacy. Pacquiao is getting ready to retire to run for politics in the PI because he has made his mark in boxing. And if he loses to Cotto it doesn't damage his rep against a guy who you claim doesn't have a big frame, but blows up to Middleweight on fight night.

If Cotto fought Clottey again, this time with 2 eyes, he'd kick his ass. He'd beat Floyd by cracking those tender little ribsand using that great jab to set up the hooks and straight right. And he already bought mosley...now it's just pac, and maybe cheato, but i have mixed feeling about him giving that scumbag a chance at a good payday vs avenging that very questionable loss.
