How much does Shakur deserve in a Tank fight on a PBC card?

All this comments about money being offered by TR is nonsense if you can't have an estimate of what he deserves in a TDavis fight.

TR is offering him 5 fights for $3 million guarantee each. (I doubt broadcasters are making a killing on PPV these days, so talk of upsides are basically immaterial.)

So what's your guess? Why talk about he's being lowballed when you can't even make any estimate of what PBC is willing to offer him.

I could care less if tank fights shakur. Hes been at 135 for what 5 years and he NEVER fights for the other belts. Why is that?? Personally i think he’ll fight the WEAKEST guy out there for a belt. Hes kind of in a corner now. People are finally seeing that tank is BABIED and their getting tired of seeing him fight and KNOWING whose going to win.

I don't know none of these guys are much of a draw. There has to be some entry level process where fighters court and develop fans. Put some work in to develop a following.

He fights nothing like Martin. Light years ahead of Martin. If you think Tank wins, fine. You free to that of course. But at least accurately portray Shakur's actual style of fighting. That range and defense are definitely advantages he has over anyone and especially Davis with him being shorter with shorter arms. And Shakur is a better technical boxer than Tank and that isn't a knock on Tank because he damn good in his own right and he had game changing power.

Your right they fight a different style... But sometimes the type of fat you render, the scraps that make the sausage are immaterial to the soap and sausage we get... Shakur is about as capable as Martin of keeping Tank off of him... Shakur can win some rounds... Tank has no threat level to keep him honest. Pitbull is the exception and could back Tank up. Shakur cannot even neutralize Tank, just does not have the power.

If one wants a good analogy lets look at Canelo against two boxer punchers who fought different styles: Austin Trout and eventually Caleb Plant. Trout was spectacular and had the ability to keep Canelo honest, Plant, who had some pop!! Real pop, despite this pop, could not move inefficiently like he did for a 12 round fight, and Canelo always had the ability to catch him, which he did.

Shakur just does not have the qualities to make Tank think twice about doing anything but dropping him. He is too defensively minded.

70/30 in Tank's favor, and that's being generous. Shakur turned down 25% from Haney, and now a $15M deal from Top Rank. There are maybe three fighters he can earn enough to make it worth turning down TR offer; Tank, Loma and Teo. Outside of those three, Shakur will need at least five or more fights to earn $15M+.
