    If Estrada takes the rematch hopefully we can get Martinez vs Tanaka or Guevara in the meantime. Tanaka has the other strap, Guevara has the WBC interim.

        But why negotiate a rematch if you don't use it? Gallo has been around a long time, and hasn't had too many big paydays. THIS is the time to maximize his earning potential. I think the rematch could be bigger than the 1st. I would prefer a unification, but I would definitely watch the rematch. It seems like the tentative rematch would be held in December, so at least the wait wouldn't be too long.

            Took my words exactly, precisely how I feel. I would still kill for Estrada/Ioka, but should Estrada force the rematch, hopefully Martinez could go back to Japan to unify with Tanaka.
