Pac is not even done with the Cotto fight, it depends on PPV #s, a spectacular win, etc., in order to start negotiations. If he loses I think Floyd will still fight him over Cotto
    I agree with this.

See, Bob Arum is just as much, if not more, to blame here than Floyd. Floyd already said he was open to a Pacquiao fight on a obscure interview. But he also, rightly, predicted that Arum would **** up the whole works.

I bet anything thats how it plays out in the end. Pac isnt going to cry over it because he knows he's set for life in Manilla while Floyd willl fight tooth & nail for it

floyd would be set for life too, if he didnt buy unneccesary ***** (mansions, expensive forein cars, ****** flashy ***lery, etc.)

I agree with DLT. Are you guys like half mentally ******ed?? He's not saying that it is a factor of barganing. He is saying it's a factor of mindset... Who's more likely to do what. There some ****** mother fu***s on this forum. They take a couple sentences out of your post and twist it in a way to talk trash on you. Seriously, why can't everyone just be civil in a forum, instead of a bunch of di** heads.

I clearly said that its because of the PPV sales and what Floyd has done over his career compared to Pac in terms of money & sales. I said that the lifestlye part will help make guys decisions. Floyd is much less likely to cave because of it and Pac is much more likely to cave. If you guys dont beleive that is a factor then you are crazy. If Im living in a poor country where Im living like a king and this other guy is living in the richest place in the world, you guys dont think that factors into a mindset. You dont think Pac will say "just go ahead and let him have the couple of percentage points, Im set forever in Manilla" while Floyd is saying that Im holding out for every dime because I know that this money can blow easy in Vegas with my lifestyle and what I have to give Uncle Sam while Pac gives Sam nothing.

How can you guys not see that? If it happeneds then I want you all to take it back. I bet Pac will cave 1st & foremost and that will be a reason why
Here is the problem with your logic. If Pac set to live like a king. Why would Pac give in? Pac does not need this fight if he set like a king. If Floyd is the one who needs the money more cuz of the lifestyle. He is more likely to give in. Cuz he is the more desperate one. You get my point. By your logic Pac is set. Floyd is not. So Pac dose not need this fight. And, Floyd does. By your logic Pac coud even be a prick about it and demand even a bigger share cuz Floyd is desperate cuz of his lifestyle. He should take what he can get.

To make your point. You should stick to the PPV #'s. Cuz this whole lifestyle point you trying to make. Does not make sense.

My take on this, is that Arum is an idiot. I hate that greedy bastard. Pacman has not shown in any fight that he is a big draw. Why would he deserve more then Floyd? Even if him and Cotto do 1.5 it should still be 50-50.

If manny is able to pass thru cotto ,the only fight in boxing's interest will be pacquiao vs mayweather!!!!and somehow, someone needs to make this happen,,its like if lewis never fought tyson,it will be incomplete...

I think 50-50 is fair for both.
