I never thought about the possibility of unscrupulous promoters setting up a competition between doped up fighters.
That would be criminal to a whole other level, they virtually wouldn't be human anymore, nor would it be a sport at that point.
In regards to the second part of your post, it's mind boggling, but like I said before lock them all up who are part of the criminal conspiracy, and take all of their ill gotten gains.
Before somebody gets killed, there have been fighters who've had their undefeated records taken (Cotto, and Cintron), by another type of cheater Margarito.
Cotto, and Cintron, were never the same after their fights against Margarito, Collins was never the same after his fight with Resto, and lastly Lopez wasn't the same after his fight with Salido.
It's just has to stop, and for that to happen you've got to implement the harshest punishment legally available.

Paro hasn’t failed a drug test because he and others have yet to be caught. Is there a reason why all boxers aren’t enrolled in VADA 24/7? One compelling reason? Every one of them are cycling something. Otherwise they’d all be enrolled if they are so virtuous about PED use.
