Comments Thread For: Feargal McCrory 'Devastated' by Loss to Lamont Roach Jr., Respects Corner Stoppage

Feargal McCrory spent a lot of time away from his loved ones for Friday's opportunity in Washington, D.C., only to fall to Lamont Roach Jr. But he has no complaints, is headed for holiday and says he will "come again."

“If your cornerman is braver than your fighter, you’re f***ed.”

Wise words & you deserve more than a few stouts. When you come back maybe drop back to European level? Think how well that worked for Steve Collins.

Was a mismatch tbh. McCrory had never fought even close to world level before. Like to see Roach fight O'Shaquie foster in a unification next.

Respect to Feargal. He was fearless and tough to a fault. Cant fault a man for testing himself. Too bad he was way in over his head.
