You folks should blame corrupt Suleiman for allowing this rubbish to continue instead of going after Canelo, he's merely making use of WBC lack of integrity. If WBC has integrity like IBF they would have stripped Canelo long time ago and allow David Benavidez and David Morrell fight for it.

Though I doubt DB would like that scenario for he's willing to wait for years for a Canelo payday whereby he's holding the nr 1 spot hostage. So, he's no better than Canelo in that sense.
We must all refuse to give any credibility to these sanctioning organizations. Their belts are *not world championships. They simply are not.

You sincerely think Benavidez would beat Canelo? Even with the holes in his game?

I think Canelo and Reynoso would have too much for the Benavidez family. GGG 2 was the stuff of genius.
        ———
And everyone except you maybe, believe that GGG won the first fight. Do you think Canelo won that fight?

You acknowledged yourself that Canelo is picking easy fights for big money. If Benavidez was easy, why not fight him when YOU know he ranks above Ryder, Munguia, Charlo etc.
Bruh, just be honest. Unless you just don’t like Benavidez. If that’s the case, at least admit it.

Give him 5 weeks and his response will be the same ; running back to 168
          He knows where he stands

            Benavidez's last headliner did 49k & 150k in Davis-Martin

Even if Canelo gave up the WBC, Benavidez would still be in a dead class with no one interested in fighting him.
I wonder what the increase in Canelo's numbers would be if he fought someone, anyone that is not a landslide underdog.

I heard they both got good work in sparring. Bivol would you with Benny now. You forgot what he did to Canelo and Zurdo?
