Well 2015 was still Pacquao's era, it pretty much hit it's climax when the two greats of that time fought (him and Floyd).

Pacquaio was the #2 P4P fighter in the world in 2015. I'm not referring to that time.

I'm referring to what I've said, the next WW era after his; 2016-2023 give or take)

I also don't think you quite understand what the word "dominate" means. But I put that down to English not being your first language.

The next era of WW's after 2007-2015 (The Mayweather/Pacquaio era) was Crawofrd, Spence, Porter, Brook, Thurman, etc (2016-2023) and now, a new one is slowly forming. That's how eras work, they usually last between 5-10 years, somewhere inbetween.

I find it baffling this needs explaining to you.

Pacquaio (along with Floyd) DOMINATED his WW era, and boxing era in general. He did not dominate the next WW era after his and Floyd's, and he was barely in the picture (at the top), but he was a contender, which is a great thing itself at that age.

He simply didn't dominate the new era after his, it's just literally as simple as that.
you said the new era of WW is brook porter, thurman, spence, crawford.... TC didnt even make it on the list until 2018.... in 2015, brook was at #1 and pac was at #2, spence was at #9 and thurman was at #5...

by that time, he was already on his way out!!!! but from 2012-2020, he was still in the mix in the ranking so you got proven wrong!!! TC didnt even make the WW ranking until 2018!! that's 6 years after the KO that pac suffer from marquez!! LMAO!!!

          Right exactly.

So Floyd was the Top WW.

Pacquaio was ranked below him as the '#1 contender, thus not the Top WW in the world.

So that's established (I hope), you got there in the end.

Yeah, exactly. That's the reason he didn't domiante it, if he was in his prime he would have likely but obviously he wasn't. Hence, why he didn't.

I didn't say he wasn't in the mix, he was.

I said he didn't dominate the new WW era, which....he didn't.

He still did very well, just far from dominated.

Marquez happened in 2012, that was still **** in the middle of Pacquao/Floyd era. So I don't know what your point is there.

You are regressing again and getting confused.

....That is the new era of WW's after Pacquaio/Floyd - 2016-2023

The one that's being claimed that he dominated which he objectively didn't.

                starting from 2012-2020 --

                Ring mag ranking --

                2012 - Pac #2, Brook #5, Porter/Thurman/Spence/TC didn't make it on the list

                2013 - Pac #3, Brook #4, Porter #6, Thurman #7, Spence/TC didn't make it on the list

                2014 - Pac #1, Brook #2, Porter #6, Thurman #7, Spence/TC didn't make it on the list

                2015 - Pac #2, Brook #1, Thurman #5, Porter #6, Spence #9, TC didn't make it on the list

                2016 - Brook #1, Thurman #2, Porter #3, Pac #4, Spence #8, TC didn't make it on the list

2017 - Thurman #1, Spence #2, Porter #3, Brook #5, Pac #9 (because he took an L against Horn), TC didn't make it on the list

                2018 - Spence #1, TC #2, Thurman #3, Porter #4, Pac #5, Brook didn't make it on the list

                2019 - Spence #1, TC #2, Pac #3, Thurman #4, Porter #5, Brook didn't make it on the list

                2020 - Spence #1, TC #2, Pac #3, Thurman #4, Porter #5, Brook didn't make it on the list

so from a time span between 2012 -2020 (8 years), Pac dominated the WW division 4x ahead of all the "new era" WW you mention!!!!

in 2018, when TC (new era WW) finally made it on the list, Pac was at #5

in 2019, Pac was at #3

in 2020, Pac was at #3

how can TC be included in the "new era" WW when he didn't even make it to the WW list until 2018???? while Brook and Porter made it to the list since 2015 but they were both behind Pac! then came Thurman then Spence and TC!!!

I don't think you understand what the word "dominate" means.

Firstly 2012-2015 is irrelevant as previously explained as that was still his era. I just pointed out he was never the Top WW (the highest ranked WW) during that time , 2012-2015, unlike 2009-2012 where he was the Top WW. (The highest ranked WW)

The new era after that, 2016-2023, as you've pointed out with your lists there, Pacquaio was never close to dominating that time frame, he had a short 2 year spell at #3. So all your doing there is proving my point - That he didn't dominate the new WW era after his.

.....Because the era spanned from 2016-2023.... So Crawford was part of that era, and probably the best WW of that era too.

I really think you need a better grasp of the English language before divulging into these kind of conversations.

You are terribly confused on what an "era" is and what it means to dominate one, or be the Top WW for a time period during it.
