I would say that it is a bit premature for him to retire. He is only 25 years old and has his whole entire career ahead of him. Therefore, a one year sabbatical should do him and his body just fine. Now in the case of Ryan Garcia. He is just plain pathetic. Unless, he is willing to clean up his act and put his life back in order. Then I think that retirement just might be the best thing for him to do at this time. Right now his life is just spiraling out of control because the man is in dire need of help and mental health.

It's as if people forget that performance enhancing drugs actually enhance performance. While it's true that Haney needs to learn how to guard against Garcia's left, it's possible that just getting caught the first time hurt him enough to make him vulnerable to further punches.Comment

I've never seen so many boxing fans side with the guy who's test came back dirty and then lied blatantly 4 or more different times only to take a plea and admit fault!!! this is why I don't really communicate with "boxing fans" these days, it's always some other agenda attached and a bunch of name calling and childish mess, rarely is it a pure love of the sport. If your fighter beats my fighter; that's one thing, that happens to us all at some point but this is just too much.Comment

I've already shown you multiple times now. There's nothing you can say to you because you reject science, it's the equivalent to a flat earther.
We know categorically that PED's enhance athlete performance in every category. You could fill in a building block with evidence for that. We know that it makes your ability to recover 10x faster, to build muscle 10 x faster, move faster, for longer, with more explosiveness, than your body is naturally capable of doing.
Just take elevated testosterone alone, we know categorially the drastic effect that has on athletic performance.
Thus the reason it is banned to inject synthetically, because it enhances performance TEN FOLD.
And that's a minor banned substance, compare that to actual potent compounds, like Nandralone as an immediate example, that Tyson Fury was popped for.
Like I said, you could fill a skysc****r wall to wall with the evidence for this. You even asking for evidence for PED's increasing performance is like asking for evidence of a caloric surplus causing weight gain. It's bizarro world stuff to even ask. It astounds me a human being would even ask it. They are literally called PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS. The massive clue is in the name, and they are banned in sports for a very obvious and simple reason.
You've tried to make a fallacious argument that no one has died directly from fighting someone on PEDs. When in actuality don't realise that actually weakens your argument.
Speaking of which, loaded/tampered with gloves, we can agree there has never been a death caused by them in Boxing, right? You've yet to answer that question for some reason.

There you go, case in point I've now provided you with 7 different links to scientific evidence as to why PED's enhance athletic performance (Water is also wet and the sky is also blue) and you just reject the science. What is the point in asking for a link if you are just going to put your fingers in your ears and reject the science?
