One year is a mere blip in time. The Charlo brothers would even congratulate you for it. Even fans have grown accustomed to seeing fighters in the ring every year or more. One year, what is one year nowadays, really?

Well I will answer that question for you. Nothing! He has nothing to do with this article non-whatsoever. There just so happens to be a lot of angry Anti-Devin Haney posters on here. Who are very irate that the New York State Athletic Commission has punished and suspended Ryan Garcia for a year for popping dirty for PEDS and drug use as many are taking advantage of this opportunity to scapegoat Devin Haney for it.Comment

The commission, as always, worked correctly, 1 year is a good amount of time. At least Ryan will now be able to take care of his 12M followers.
After all the drama, at least we know with 100% certainty that Haney is the new Amir Khan with a glass chin. The fights will be electrifying because we never know if a power punch will end Haney in the last rounds.
Haney keeping his zero, won't change the team and won't make adjustments, so we can expect interesting fights.
If Ryan, a part-time fighter and social celebrity managed to land the same punch 3 times without Haney adjusting, others MUCH better must find the way

It will take Garcia longer than a year to mature and gain humility, but i believe in second chances; he is a very lucky young man, i hope one day he understands this.Comment

Ryan is not Superman. Just wait for Haney 147lbs and see the result. If even Ryan could do it, others will. Only if he improves his defense.

Ok but again, let’s stick to Ryan. No matter what happened before or happens after, we can’t be sure Ryan without PEDs would inflict similar damage.Comment

We know categorically that PED's enhance athlete performance in every category. You could fill in a building block with evidence for that. We know that it makes your ability to recover 10x faster, to build muscle 10 x faster, move faster, for longer, with more explosiveness, than your body is naturally capable of doing.
Just take elevated testosterone alone, we know categorially the drastic effect that has on athletic performance.
Take a close look at how testosterone plays a crucial role in keeping your body healthy, as well as how you can increase your testosterone level naturally.
Thus the reason it is banned to inject synthetically, because it enhances performance TEN FOLD.
And that's a minor banned substance, compare that to actual potent compounds, like Nandralone as an immediate example, that Tyson Fury was popped for.
PROFESSOR ROSS TUCKER: Pep Guardiola, Linford Christie, Shoaib Akhtar and Greg Rusedski (pictured) are among those to produce nandrolone positives. Not all were suspended.
Like I said, you could fill a skysc****r wall to wall with the evidence for this. You even asking for evidence for PED's increasing performance is like asking for evidence of a caloric surplus causing weight gain. It's bizarro world stuff to even ask. It astounds me a human being would even ask it. They are literally called PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS. The massive clue is in the name, and they are banned in sports for a very obvious and simple reason.
You've tried to make a fallacious argument that no one has died directly from fighting someone on PEDs. When in actuality don't realise that actually weakens your argument.
Speaking of which, loaded/tampered with gloves, we can agree there has never been a death caused by them in Boxing, right? You've yet to answer that question for some reason.Comment

The result in the ring always stands. You obviously are reading the “if declared a no contest all bets will voided and stakes returned” part of the betting rules hoping the kids gotta give his money back but that’s not how that rule works. That rule means if declared a no contest IN THE RING. They can’t expect everyone who won money to pay back the winnings months later lol that’s such an asinine proposition
I recall two years back having quite a wager on a boxer to win by ko
The fight was stopped due to the fighter not being able to continue and was considered a points win going to the cards only to be changed to ko after watching replays
I never got my fughin money lol
Wtv the result is in the ring is what is considered the result for betting purposesComment
