Well it seems to me from his sluggishness and increase in power he's decided to rely on his size and power advantage. He's traded in his speed for more power for more hurtin.

Hope he won't put some tattoos on in face just like Mike. But I think having tattoos in the face is something normal in Puerto Rico. The 18 gang and MS14 gang has tattoos on their face.

Is Miguel a member of either of the gang?
You know, I'm honestly hoping you're kidding with that statement. Normal in Puerto Rico? MS14? lol...it's 13, and believe it or not, there are no MS13 in Puerto Rico. Another thing, our society is very much a stateside society, in that we view facial tatooing in the same light as mainlanders do...with a bit of disdain, due to it's overstatement. Like I said, I hope it was a joke, because if you asked that question and made that statement in seriousness, you are waayyyyy past being ignorant. (and maybe in need of a serious sit down with some people of the Puerto Rican community).

Hope trading his speed for more power would be to his advantage. If I were Miguel I would improve my speed rather than improving his power. Miguel has power already no need to add more to it.

Well even though its pretty apparent he's taking it lightly in the vid....i've definitely seen a much faster/less powerful version of Cotto in the past. Just seems apparent that he's given up tryin to match Pacquiao's speed. And i wouldnt blame him because it hasnt worked out very well for the last 2 guys that tried the same approach. So it looks like he's bulked up to absorb what Pacquiao has to dish out and put on a hurtin in return.

Yeah it seems.. I think Miguel isn't use to be film while on practice. The way he trains in the previous fights are almost the same. Slow moving and just hitting the bags lightly.

Notice how he's moving strictly to the left on his pad training? That puts him on the move to Manny's right. He's anticipating Manny's left hooks, and trying to figure out countering. His trainer's coming in from the left angle, and making him duck and hit. He may look slow, but he looks pretty strong. If he can time a good jab, he might get some good licks in.

From what I've heard, the situation is critical, and he MS13 has taken over small towns in El Salvador, where even the police won't enter. They use extortion, terror tactics and murder to control the areas. It's bad on the kids, because they get recruited by force into the gangs, and if the parents try to stop it, they get brutally murdered. Sad but true.
