Looks the same as in all his previous training sessions: horrible. Poor environment, poor trainers, poor discipline, nonexistent intensity in training. Amazing that he even got this far.

Same as usual. He always looks like he's taking things really slow, but looks great on fight night, so I won't question his methods. Looks to be in good shape with a month to go before the weigh-in and fight.

Ya the same can be said about the Klits. And I like Vit as a fighter, just amazing that he has got that far..........

When i first saw this vid. I really think Cotto wouldn't have a chance on defeating Manny.. His just to slow for Manny if we based it on the video.

Well I just hope that he always goes light in his training videos as what bearman3000 said. Hopefully Cotto is doing his best for this fight.. Hopefully he is training well.

I would love to see a 100% Cotto so that we will have an awesome fight this coming nov. 14

Speed isn't everything. Zab Judah is faster than Manny and punches harder too. Cotto didn't have too much trouble with him.
