Ricardo López Nava (born July 25, 1966) is a Mexican former professional boxer who competed from 1985 to 2001. He was a two-weight world champion, having held the WBC mini flyweight title from 1990 to 1998, defending it against a record-breaking 21 opponents; the WBA and WBO mini flyweight titles between 1997 and 1998; and the IBF junior flyweight title from 1999 until his retirement in 2001. He is one of just fifteen world boxing champions to retire without a loss.
He has beaten multiple champions such as:
Ratanapol Sor Vorapin (38-5-1, 30 KOs), who was a IBF champion. Vorapin was declining at this stage having defended against multiple title challengers for 5 years. After his losses to Lopez he still had a long streak of wins against unraked boxers from Thailand.
Hideyuki Ohashi, two time minimumweight world champion who had a record of (14-3, 9 KOs). He had beaten two champions himself from Thailand in Choi Jum-hwan (20-2) and Napa Kiatwanchai (11-1-1). Also Choi Hi-yong (14-0, 7 KOs) who was a two division champion who became WBA minimumweight champion and light flyweight WBA champion.
Saman Sorjaturong, two division champion at minimumweight and light flyweight with a record of (15-1-1, 13 KOs), he went to beat Joma Gamboa and retired a declined Humberto Gonzalez (43-2, 30 KOs).
Kermin Guardia (21-0, 15 KOs) who won WBO minimumweight champion in 1998. He had beaten Erick Jamili X2 and Luis Alberto Lazarte.
Alex Sanchez who held the WBO minimumweight title, with a record of (25-1, 18 KOs), he had beaten Victor Burgos who had deceptive record of (22-7-2), with wins over Sanchez and Jorge Arce. He also had a draw with Rosendo Alvarez.
Zolani Petelo (17-2-2, 9 KOs) held the IBF minimumweight title and IBF light flyweight title who beat Eric Jamili, Mickey Cantwell and Ratanapol Sor Vorapin who was champion for 5 years.

Rosendo Alvarez (24-0-1, 17 KOs) who was WBA minimumweight champion and WBA light flyweight champion. He gave a declining Ricardo Lopez two tought fights. He beat Tomas Rojas, Beibis Mendoza X3, ans Pichit Chor Siriwat.
In Total has beaten 8 champions. Only one of them had physically declined by the time he fought him. He also beaten multiple ranked opponents challenging for the belt, but these are his most notable wins.
Sadly he never got to fight Humberto Gonzalez nor Michael Carbajal despite that they were fighting at light flyweight during the same time.
