He moved you onto the ropes. Then he iced you. Look at it this way, Richard Riakporhe has scary power to KO anyone. He isn't very aggressive, he just lets the fight go, waiting for his chance to land that one big shot, and waits, and waits. And it doesn't come so by round 9 he realises he is well down on points & starts going looking for a KO. That doesn't end well for Richard. Tank uses subtle movements of feet & hands to manoeuvre his opponent to exactly where he wants him. Then he puts money on a shot. See the difference?

It's also experience aswell. Richard Riakporhe didn't start boxing till he was like 19 and turned pro when was 26 and tanks been boxing since he was like 8 and turned pro at 18 with like 250 amatuer fights under his belt. It's why when you see Richard fight even now he still looks pretty raw and can struggle to Adjust when the fight isnt going all his way.

where as tank he doesn't throw alot of punches but nearly every punch he does throw means something and he don't waste alot of punches. So he's able to give up the rounds but he's making guys worker harder than they want to and then they slow down and make mistakes and thats tanks thing is captalsing on the other fighters mistakes and then making them pay for it.

Tank and Crawford both throw hard counter punches to the body. It's an excellent tactic and pays dividends every time.

Frank had a good showing against one of the best on the planet right now and who appears to have one punch power unrivalled at his weight class

Boxing 2695, very good point. I agree Tank will give up rounds but make guys work harder than they want to and once they slow down and make mistakes then Tank makes them pay for it. That won't work v Lomachenko will it? Lomachenko has proper skills,

That article quoting Martin was very refreshing to hear
That is how a man reacts to a negative
Not many boxers can actually have the balls to come out and say he’s to blame for the loss and even apologizing
Martin gets my respect for manning up and assuming the blame on his downfalls

Frank Martin has never been and never will be amongst the elite in this sport.. Tank needs to finally face an elite fighter that isnt severely handicapped with rehydration nonsense
