I'm as big a Benavidez fan as there is, probably even a bit biased since he's a PHX guy, but this is a tough, TOUGH fight imo. Even with the time off and retirement, Gvozdyk is the CLEAR #3 fighter at 175 after the champs IMO. I feel like it's been too quickly forgotten that The Nail sent Superman Stevenson to the short bus to hang out with the geriatrics and the mentally disabled and was giving Beterbiev the toughest fight of his career until the stoppage. This will be a hell of a challenge for Benavidez and the toughest test of his career imo. Gvozdyk is long, tall and can really box, this will be a test Benavidez has never faced before. Really interested to see how this one plays out. Winner will be the clear top challenger for the Beterbiev/Bivol winner
